Refunds & Returns Policy (Made-to-Order Tiles)

Wall and Decor Tile products are handcrafted and made-to-order specifically for your project. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Replacements for Problems

We provide a replacement (only) if your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item received)

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging (including the shipping label, if possible)

Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we (the shipper) cover shipping for the replacement.
