Wall and Decor exclusively ships within the United States. Since our decorative ceramic tiles are made-to-order, please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment. We utilize trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx to ensure safe transit from our studio to your door. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We prioritize careful handling to ensure your unique wall tiles arrive in perfect condition.
As soon as your custom tiles are ready, we will send an automated email with your tracking number. Once dispatched, standard delivery within the US typically takes an additional 3–7 business days. You can monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's portal. While we guarantee our production lead times, please note that transit delays caused by weather or carrier volume are occasionally beyond our direct control.
If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email wallanddecorinfo@gmail.com within 48 hours. For damaged items, include your order number and clear photos of the broken tiles and the original packaging so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement. To ensure successful delivery, please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once the carrier marks your order as delivered, the responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We recommend tracking your shipment closely and ensuring a secure location is available for the arrival of your handcrafted ceramic tile order.
