3. Product Information and Handmade Variations
Wall and Decor specializes in premium decorative ceramic tiles. Many of our products are handmade or feature artisan finishes. As such, slight variations in color, texture, and size are inherent characteristics of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects. While we strive for accuracy in product photography, screen resolutions may affect color perception.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated at checkout.
5. Order Processing and Production Times
Most of our tiles are curated or produced to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Production times may vary during peak seasons or for large custom orders.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Wall and Decor is a US-based brand. We currently ship within the United States. While we do our best to accommodate international inquiries, we cannot offer international delivery guarantees at this time. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our ceramic products, all sales are generally final. Returns or exchanges are only considered in limited cases involving incorrect items or items damaged during transit. You must report any damages with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, patterns, designs, graphics, and text on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Wall and Decor. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that disrupts the website's functionality or security.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
