2. US Customers Only
Wall and Decor currently only sells and ships to customers within the United States. We do not accept orders or ship to international addresses at this time.
3. Products and Handmade Variations
Our tiles are ceramic and handmade in Abita Springs, Louisiana. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in color, texture, and size are expected and celebrated as part of the unique character of our products.
4. Pricing, Currency and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payment via major credit cards and other secure methods provided at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Made-to-Order Production
Every tile order is made-to-order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. Large or custom orders may require additional time.
6. Shipping

7. Refunds and Returns
Because our products are made-to-order, returns are highly limited. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy page for specific conditions and instructions.
